Over The Weekend: What Kenyan Celebs Were Up To

Surely you must have had plans for the weekend! Oh well, even chilling at home is enough. On that note, can i talk about the benefits of taking time to relax?

One of the benefits of relaxing is that it keep your heart pumping more healthily. “There are studies to show that stress is comparable to other risk factors that we traditionally think of as major, like hypertension, poor diet and lack of exercise,” Kathi Heffner, Ph.D., assistant professor of psychiatry at the Rochester Center for Mind-Body Research at the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York, told Health.com.  So there you have it, make plans to take time off during the weekend.

By the way, I know most of us spend time working; you’re either working as a sales person for a company, taking photos at Karura forest, writing research articles for Uvowork and the like. Gotta make that mullah huh?

Aaaaaaanywho, here is what your fave celebs were up to over the weekend.  They were having fun alright. So yes, my advice is totally true.

Previously on #chapadimbanasafaricom ..tomorrow it's happening in Bungoma.

Blinky Bill, who recently performed in South Africa and got a lot of positive responses, was at the Africa Nouveau Festiaval in Ngong Racecourse over the weekend. We loved his choice of attire by the way.

Hip Hop artist Kwesta was also in Kenya for the first time. He also performed at the Africa Nouveau Festival. I was there and i have to say, Kenyans were really eager to see his performance. In this photo, he’s at a local shop. Do you know whose duka that is?

That’s all we have for this week. Looking forward to the next awesomeness next weekend.
