I’m not a theatre enthusiast but this new play has me interested. Why? It’s star-studded and if you know me, you know I like stars (selfie, anyone?).
‘The Money That Made Him Poor’ is a new theatre production directed and written by award-winning acclaimed writer and producer: Tina Nduba.
The play that tackles themes of greed, power and family is set to premiere this September with 12 shows lined up at The Louis Leakey Auditorium at the National Museums of Kenya from 27th – 30thSept 2018 at 3 PM, 6 PM and 8:30 PM.
The cast of the production includes the likes of Sean Andrew, Anne Mwaura (Capital FM radio host) and Pascal Tokodi as the host of the show. Respected actor Benson Ochungoh who has over 18 years experience in the game will be in the production as well. Noah Chiruyi will be playing one of the leads.
Mayonde will also give an acoustic performance.
